This company is a 5 Star operation. From the owners to the technicians!! Heritage has been my go to since I moved to the area four years ago. Their response time, and professionalism are outstanding. They always explain in detail what they are doing or need to do.
They just replaced my upstairs heat and air unit last week. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and there were about eight guys working on the replacement. Five stars all the way! Woke up with AC problem, called them early that morning, quick response and early afternoon appointment made. Problem was quickly diagnosed and even more quickly repaired and we were cool by the mid afternoon. Jeff was courteous and responsive for us and our technician Josh was fantastic. We contacted Heritage Air to have our air ducts cleaned. We called and that same day they were able to come and do the work. The two employees that came were great! Very friendly and considerate (we have a newborn and toddler) they did everything they could to keep the noise down and let us know when they were turning on their vacuum. The price was very reasonable and we can tell a difference in air quality.

Woke up very cold last Saturday morning--it was 26 degrees outside and our old furnace had quit working. Within several hours of our call, Jeff was at our house, and managed to get it started up again. There was no hard sell AT ALL but knowing the age of the furnace, we decided to get it replaced. First thing Monday morning Matt and Billy (very nice and knowledgable guys) arrived and by lunchtime our new furnace was up and running. We had issues with our AC unit since moving into our home. We had the unit replaced, been told numerous times we needed freon, and many other things that never seemed to help. We had 10 companies come out and none fixed our issue. Heritage came recommended on Nextdoor and reluctantly we gave them a try. Their tech came out and told us we needed new insulation and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our unit. Instead of making up something (freon) and taking our money, they were honest. If we have any more issues in the future we will use them. They gained us as loyal customers because they were the first honest people we had come out.

Our downstairs heater went out on one the coldest days of the season so far. But, like all things, I tried to fix any obvious failures. Once that did not work out I performed a search for a good HVAC company on a few of our neighborhood sites. Heritage was a repeat suggestion as a reputable supplier. Upon meeting Jeff, he was honest, and gave me his expert advice. After quick consideration I decided to follow his advise. His Technicians were Professional and also tolerant of the many annoying questions I asked. Their installation was quick, his price was fair, and their follow up was appreciated. I really have nothing bad to say as this was a positive experience. Oh, last comment, I have been here 30 years and have had all bad experiences except once prior to this installation which was clean and highlighted with extra attention to the little things, in this case digging out for the drain, applying drainage material, and even putting up a nice metal guard to protect that drain.

I started doing my research and Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I could really tell he didn’t just want to sell me a unit, he wanted to help me get what I needed. He always responded very quickly (which I have found is rare!) and was always completely honest with me. He was flexible on scheduling and was willing to work with me on the financial hit my wallet was about to take. His quote was very reasonable and after researching I found the equipment was top notch for the price. Woke up with NO heat on a very cold January morning....and it was a holiday! Nevertheless, I called Heritage Heating and Cooling and they had a serviceman at my house within two hours! Unfortunately it was not a quick fix because the furnace motor was burned out. However, parts were ordered and repairs underway and by the next morning it was operating perfectly!!! You can’t ask for better than that!

I recently used Heritage to install both a new AC unit and furnace. From the first call to the installation, everything was far better than I even expected after reading the previous reviews. Jeff came out the next day, and first checked to see if repairs would be the most cost-effective way to go. After realizing it would be better to replace the units, Jeff gave me 3 pricing options. When Steven and Justin came out, they were more than courteous and clearly top-flight pros in their field. Since it's been installed, the upstairs bedroom (converted from an old attic space) has had markedly better quality of air, something I wasn't even expecting. 5 stars for Jeff, Steven, Justin and Heritage! Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Josh, with Heritage Heating and Cooling came out to investigate a lack of cooling issue with our upstairs unit. Because he took the time to explore the unit (installed by a different company) and look in the uncommon areas, he was able to see that the previous company installed the unit with a missing panel, allowing attic space air to enter the system.
These guys (and girls?) are high quality, reliable, reputable, honest and fair. They are well worth what they charge, and it's quite reasonable at that.

My AC unit was not keeping up with the rising temps and it was Sunday morning. I found the company online and communicated with Jeffrey Parks (owner) who responded within 30 minutes. He promptly scheduled a visit for his first opening. I ended up not using this company because I was able to get in touch with the company that actually installed my unit. However, I found Jeffrey's responsiveness impressive given that it was a weekend, and I appreciated knowing that he would have been able to come out on short notice. I would consider using them if I have trouble in the future.

Heritage did a great job getting my AC unit back up and running even in the midst of a ton of work and service calls they had due to the heat we were experiencing. I really appreciated Jeff getting one of his techs (Chase) over to me the next afternoon after talking with him by text the evening before. He said he'd try to get me in since we didn't have any air and the temps were in the high 80's to 90's at the time. Chase did everything he could but had to order a part but still came back and even worked through a storm that blew in. Jeff actually showed up as well to help. None of the other Heating/cooling places would come out and were scheduling for a week or two out because they were swamped as well. Chase even had to make a run to the store to get a tool to complete the job. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you need heating and cooling work. I will be using them again if and when I need service in the Franklin area! Thanks guys! We're cool once again!

Josh came out today and fixed our unit. Grateful that he explained we can replace different elements at different times if we want to (e.g. replace just coils, where we have a slow leak, without having to replace entire unit). We will be using Heritage from now on.

They tried every option to fix the unit before coming to the conclusion the unit needed replacing. It turned out that I had shorted the wires to the thermostat myself when I was drilling holes to install a new thermostat. I am a senior and did not know who to call when my air went out. I called a friend who referred me to Heritage. I texted them at night and Jeff responded quickly and set an appointment for the next morning. He found my unit completely out of Freon, suspecting a nail may have been shot through my wall and into the line since siding work was being done at the time my unit went out. The service tech worked with the siding contractor to cut out the wall and low and behold he was correct. Heritage quickly found and repaired the hole while the contractor was able to finish his siding. Everything is fine now and I did not get charged a whole lot too. I am glad I called Heritage and will recommend them to our Brentwood community. Finally, I feel like Heritage showed a lot of respect by working with the contractor and keeping peace through a tough situation.
